Having a well-rested child can truly make a difference in your family! Any parent knows that you’re going to sleep as well as your worst sleeper. Let’s say that you have 5 children, 4 of whom are excellent sleeprs. Great! But then you have one kiddo who is up 3x a night. How well will YOU be sleeping then? You guessed it, not very well! 

I can help you get everyone in your household sleeping well – from your baby to your teen! I can even help YOU sleep better once the kids are with my Adult Sleep packages!
