SLEEPTASTIC SOLUTIONS ONLINE COURSES
If you have a child who isn’t sleeping or behaving well, or maybe you have questions on nutrition, then you’re in the right place! If you would like one-on-one custom help, then go to the Services page to see those packages. However, if you would prefer to try learning on your own, but you need a good plan to follow, then keep reading below!
When parents are educated, they feel empowered! When they’re empowered, they feel confident in what they’re doing. When they’re confident, they’ll be consistent. And that consistency is the key to their success! This is why I offer multiple ways of learning: one-on-one with me, DIY online courses, and group Facebook courses (offered a few times throughout the year). My goal is to help parents no matter their financial situation or preferred way of learning!
To go along with any of my DIY or group Facebook courses, I have a closed Facebook group just for course attendees and past clients of mine, where you can ask any questions that might pop up along the way. It’s a great resource, as everyone in there has had the same sleep and/or parenting education. It is a judgment-free zone, and you can all help each other by answering questions, asking questions, or just providing moral support when needed.
Click on the appropriate course below to see more of what’s included in each course, including the daily lesson topics!
