You agree that none of the advice that Sleeptastic Solutions provides shall be considered medical advice nor should the advice be relied upon you as medical advice. You should always seek the advice of your medical practitioner. Therefore, you should consult with your personal physician, your child’s pediatrician, or other health-care professional if you have any healthcare related questions or before embarking on a new sleep program for your child. If a medical problem appears or persists, do not disregard or delay seeking medical advice from your personal physician or other qualified healthcare provider.
Accordingly, Sleeptastic Solutions does not make any representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding contents of the book or with consulting services provided. Sleeptastic Solution’s liability (if any) is limited to the membership fee paid by you to Sleeptastic Solutions, and in no event will Sleeptastic Solutions be liable to you for any other claim, losses or damages. Reliance on any information provided by Sleeptastic Solutions is solely at your own risk.
I understand that the services, books, programs and workshops offered by Sleeptastic Solutions are voluntary. I acknowledge that injuries, accidents, or other complications associated with products or services could potentially result from my participation. I will consult my physician if I am concerned about any of the risks to my health or well-being that may result from my participation of services with Sleeptastic Solutions. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to follow instructions for any service provided or purchase I make, and to seek help from Sleeptastic Solutions if I have any questions. I understand that there is no guarantee that my work with Sleeptastic Solutions will resolve my need and understand my commitment and accountability involved. I knowingly and voluntarily agree to waive and release Sleeptastic Solutions and its employees and representatives from any and all claims of liability or demands for compensation that I may acquire during my time working with Sleeptastic Solutions. I understand that once I sign up for any of the program levels, I will be added to the monthly Sleeptastic Solutions E-newsletter though I can cancel at any time. I also realize that I may occasionally receive other emails as well.
FOR “BASIC” PAID MEMBERSHIPS: You will be added to the closed membership group “Basic”, so you can have unlimited access to the e-book, sleep and breastfeeding logs, bedtime routine chart, and rewards chart. You will have the ability to read, download, and print these things for 6 months before you either need to upgrade to the VIP Gold or Platinum package. If you do nothing, your membership will expire at that point. Once you purchase this package, there will be no refunds given for any reason.
FOR “VIP GOLD” PAID MEMBERSHIPS: You will be added to the closed membership group “VIP Gold”, so you can have the benefits of unlimited access to the e-book, other files in the Basic Package, the document files library, and the audio files library. You will have the ability to read, download, listen to, and print these things for 12 months before you either need to upgrade to the VIP Platinum package or have your membership expire. FOR “VIP PLATINUM” PAID MONTHLY, QUARTERLY, OR YEARLY SUBSCRIPTIONS: You will be added to the closed membership group “VIP Platinum”, where you will get all the benefits of the VIP Gold group and more. You will have the benefits of unlimited access to the private Sleeptastic Solutions Members Only forum, where other group members are present. You will be able to ask as many questions as you want to the group, and you’re free to answer any and all questions that you would like. Sleeptastic Solutions agrees to be available to answer questions at least twice per week, if not more often. There will be a monthly call-in available if you want to have your question answered live. You’re allotted one live or recorded question and/or answer per month.
There will also be a quarterly education webinar or presentation that will cover topics of interest. While you may request, or be asked to vote on specific topics, final decisions are at the sole discretion of Sleeptastic Solutions. You will also be able to access many pertinent files and audio clips throughout the subscription time, which you can read, download, listen to, and print. If you cancel your subscription, downgrade your membership level, or choose not to renew, then your access to this private membership page will be revoked. Once you purchase this package, there will be no refunds given for any reason.

The privacy of your data is very important to us. We’ll only ever access your account if we need to assist you with a problem or to resolve a software bug.
We may collect your name, company name, postal address, email address, phone number, password, or other information you directly give us on our Service.
We automatically log information about you and your computer. For example, when visiting our service, we may log your computer operating system type, browser type, browser language, the website you visited before browsing to our Service, pages you viewed, how long you spent on a page, access times, Internet protocol (IP) address and information about your use of and actions on our Service. If we are required, and only if we are required, to share your information with law enforcement due to a lawful requests such as a subpoena or court order, we must do so, and unless legally prevented from doing so, we will be certain to let you know so that you are informed; outside of a lawful court order, these requests will be outright dismissed.
INFORMATION CHOICES AND CHANGES:
Most emails we send you will be about your account and our business dealings with you. Sometimes, we may send you non-essential emails, but these emails will have a clear way to “opt-out.” If you opt out, you will no longer receive non-essential emails from us.
You can typically remove and reject cookies from our service with your browser settings. Many browsers are set to accept cookies until you change your settings. Keep in mind that if you remove or reject our cookies, it could affect how our service works for you.
DELETION OF DATA:
If you cancel your account, all of your content will be deleted; once this content is deleted, it will not be recoverable. Once your active subscription term ends, the content will no longer be accessible. Please very carefully review any warning pop-ups when deleting content/information.
